LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp Formation

Incorporate your business to protect your personal assets from business debts and liabilities. LLC is the most popular option.

Business License

Food and beverage professionals are required to have a valid license to operate within the State of Florida. Governing agencies include: DBPR, FDACS, FDA, and USDA

EIN

Also known as a federal tax identification number, is used to identify a business entity.

Business Tax Receipt (County and City)

Businesses are required to obtain a business tax receipt from the county and city governments in which they will conduct their business.

Sales Tax Registration

Businesses are required to register, collect, report, and pay sales tax before conducting business in Florida.

HACCP Plan

A HACCP Plan is required for vendors who want to wholesale their food products to local grocery stores such as Publix and Whole Foods. HACCP Plans are also required for vendors who sell fermented food products.

Equipment Repair

Our in house technician can diagnose and fix most light to moderate equipment repairs. Save time and money.

Food Truck Rental

Short term rentals available for just one day, and long term rentals available for up to 1 year. Several option to choose from.

Financial Assistance
